DunDraCon Seminar and War College Submission Form

We are currently accepting submissions for Seminars and Dana Lombardy's War college , and as has been in past conventions, it is important that we get your submissions earlier rather than later.

If you would like to run a Seminar at DunDraCon, please complete the following form and press the Submit button at the bottom. Be sure to include your e-mail address as well as your evening phone number. If you have associate speakers for your seminar, please include their names and addresses.

If you would like to give a seminar for DunDraCon's WarCollege, please send a note to our War College coordinator.

A presenter who gives a one-hour seminar for an expected attendance of 20 attendees gets a free membership.

Associate presenters may get their memberships comped at the discretion of the Seminar Co-Ordinator. Criteria include (1) amount of preparation necessary for the seminar, (2) materials needed for the seminar attendees that are provided by the presenter or associate, and (3) amount of overall contribution of time and effort to the seminar and convention in general.

Presenters who are also either:

  1. presenting or assisting in the presenting of other seminars,
  2. running a convention-sponsored game event, or
  3. a dealer in the dealer room

will have precedence in scheduling.

All submissions must be received by January 22 to be considered for inclusion.

Important! You should have an acknowledgement of your seminar request from us within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within that time, please email our Seminars Coordinator. Every year, there are a handful of submissions that never reach us for reasons outside our control. If you don't follow up in the event of a delay, we might never know you submitted a proposal.
