The Ice War is over, Kamara the White Dragon Queen defeated. The Dwarven Army has gone off to help their allies in the other Draconic Wars, leaving a power vacuum on the Southern Continent. Tensions are mounting among the newly freed humanoid races, so a summit is called. Various factions of dwarves and kobolds are coming together at Hingchill Mountain to divvy up the territories previously controlled by the white dragons. Come and lay a claim for your faction, but be careful who you trust in these delicate negotiations as the future of the Southern Continent depends on the outcome of this summit.

Set in the world of Harry Dresden (a wizard for hire in an Urban Fantasy setting). You play one of Harry’s associates who tackle the things that go bump in the night. Player characters include Wardens, Trolls, Pixies, Espers, Werewolves, etc. Game is light on the HERO SYSTEM rules and heavy on roleplaying and storytelling. Familiarity with the Harry Dresden universe is not required to have fun in the game, but you may catch a few easter eggs. The set-up: Three sisters have gone missing at a Church-run sanitarium in West Virginia (formerly Trans Allegheny lunatic Asylum - look it up on the web). Harry's irregulars are tasked to check on these disappearances by the Council as a favor for the Church (generic worldwide church used here). This game will feature roleplaying and mystery solving in an adventure that may include some horror elements.
