The Truth is Out There

Austin Lehrer

Development Level: Late Beta Test
Style: Party
Type: Card
Length: 1
Players: 4-6

A turn based party game, The Truth Is Out There invites players to add their own unique twists to existing conspiracy theories as they join an International Forum of Truth Seekers. Each player in turn becomes the designated Truther, and must combine cards provided by other Forum Members with cards from their hand to connect an everyday object to an existing Conspiracy. Once they've shared their Theory, Forum Members may interact with it (either aiming to support or destroy), using cards that force the Truther to expand on their Theory. Scoring is based on a rotating goal system, and a player may win once they've gained enough points via impressing, confusing, assisting, or plotting against their fellow players.
